Well, Slow but sure. Waiting on more parts right now. I did get to where i was able to pour the first coat of water on the top behind the waterfall. After that is dry it will need another coat. Have the trestle almost done with repairs. I have to build another one right beside it. and then the big one....Shots below, Smoke

Been working on the new trestle and rebuilt the one trestle over the falls area, I also started another for the waterfalls area. The one for the new section of layout is getting there. All new. I have two more bents and i can get it off the layout and finish it on my workbench. I need to finish the plaster in that section of the layout. Shots below and one extra i show as this is what i modeled mine after. Lots of fun, Smoke

Well the plaster is pretty much done. Have a couple of places where it got a ripple in it so i have to fix it. I worked last night on the trestle and was able to get about half of it done. today i was spraying the stain on and ran out of air so back to the store i go... Again. I got a couple of shots of the new area for the houses with the hill built up. Also the other side with the big trestle. Have everything working good right now. But with the trestle half done. it will be a few days till i get back to it. Shots below. I shot two different views of the trestle in front of the computer screen. It looks close to be. Have a good one, Smoke

I let the trestles go for now. I am working on the houses and ran out of the windows i need. Having a small issue with getting morwe of them. Fifer has one more pack but i need three so i hope he can get more. One other thing, The damp weather here for the last couple of weeks have caused the houses to warp some. I may have to address that with more stiffeners to fix them. Couple of shots below, Smoke

Been giving the new sections a base coat of earth. The trestles are done and in place. Have more windows now so a few more houses getting done. A few shots below, Smoke

Still on the houses yet. Have second coat of water on the waterfall done. Still white.. Have some of the layout cleaned up. Have a issue with the river. Seems that the grass went on the river and stuck there. Not sure if i can wash it or paint the mod podge in a thin coat. Its also dull not shiny like water should be. Have all but 3 turnouts rewired and all but 3-4 hookups for the power from the dcc controller. Maybe i can run some trains this weekend...;)

Have been working on track and turnouts. So far i have 9 of the 14 working correctly. Had to take a couple apart to clean them out before they would work. I had to loosen the track all around them so i have to lay down almost all the track on the board. I wish i didn't have to do it but thats the way it is sometimes. My work desk was set up for computer but i already had one so i took the keyboard slide out and am using it for the control board. Have a shot below of that, Smoke
