Jerome - are these replacement motors, and if so, where did you get them?

I have 4 Athearn Blue Box GP's that I'd like to get all running closer to the same speed, and had considered installing the same motor in all of them as an option.

Malibu, no these are the original motors 20, 30, 40 years old?? Just cleaned them up, changed brushes where needed, hard wired them in to the trucks. There are many that replace these old BB motors with can motors or even Genesis motors. I've never felt the need for that.

Added a couple of Aurora & Portland SD40-2 snoots into the mix of SD40-2's I've been working on. I've had these 2 shells in the projects bin for years, decided it was time to get them finished. Patching some of the BN SD's into BNSF now.
