Roundhouse 2-6-2 kit assembly

I have a Roundhouse 2-6-2 kit with can motor that I would like some one to assemble for me. I'm 85 years and have lazy eye syndrome so I'm unable to do it because of that. Of course I'll pay to have it assembled so when you can do this please give me a cost estimate.

Does it just need assembly, or paint, DCC install, or anything else beyond the assembly? Where are you located? You may be able to find a local shop to help, which might be easier and safer than trying to ship it back and forth.

But, if you don't have anything local, I'd be happy to help out. I put together the Roundhouse Shay kit awhile back (you can see images of the build here: http://www.wasabiraceteam.com/gallery/trainpics/MDC_Shay/index.html ), so have some familiarity with working with these kits.
 
It needs assembly and painted black. I live in Columbus GA and the closest play would be in Atlanta and I'm not sure if any of the hobby shops there can/will do it.
