Rivarossi heavy weight passenger cars

Has anyone converted Rivarossi's newer heavy weigh passenger cars to Kadee couplers? If so, what coupler did you use? I want to body mount the couplers and not use truck mounted if I can. Thanks for your help!
 
I used body mounted #5's and got rid of the Talgo style they came with. It involves a little more work, but the operation is much better if you have the minimum radius for it.

My layout had a 30” minimum but the Wally cars can do 24”. If you’re much less than that I’d suggest shorties or 60 footers. My big problem with talgo trucks is you can’t back a train reliably.
 
If there are minimum radius issues, the #451 could be considered. It swings similar to the stock Walthers. Care would have to be taken to give it a nice smooth surface to "swing" against.
