I just starting constructing a passenger car maintenance shop based on the Walthers Car Shop 933-3040, which was released last Fall. The description states that it is 'modular', but not really. It simply has some facades to enable combining two or more kits lengthwise. It is not a modular kit as other Walthers Modulars.

This is not the reason for my post, however. Upon examination, I see a Walthers Copyright stamp on some of the sprues dated 1998. So my question is, has his kit - or the brick wall components - been released before?
If so, I can't seem to recall in which form?
