My display at the train show.


Nice display.One question I have and I think others would like to know is, how do you size and get the proper lumens/brightness of led bulbs for engine headlights and ditch lights.
 
The trains on that display already came with there own lighting. I dont mess around to much with lighting, but i do have some constant lighting circuits for headlights and passenger car setups. There are many different size LED's and in most cases the manufacturer will have specs on the types that are used in a particular engine
 
Very nice! I am working on designing a set up for HO traction to take to shows, trying to solve making it lightweight enough to handle alone, but also strong enough for the overhead wire system that needs a solid wood base to keep the wire in tension. And it has to fit in my Jeep Liberty, so not really as long as yours. Great job on the layout! Mike
