Modern-day New York Central System (SD70MACs and all!)

Rex,
I am writing the second now, the feature layout will be the Pittsford and East Rockport which is loosely based on the NYC in the Adirondacks. I hope to see you at the convention. I will probably be the guy running around like a lunatic with a big bulls eye on my back. LOL. Believe it or not, due to the split between all the different local railroads here, there are actually more NYC modelers here in Memphis than any other single railroad.
For everyone out there, I invite you all to attend the 2006 NMRA SER convention here. We are working very hard to put together an outstanding program for everyone. Because of the distance many have to travel and the extra travel expenses we want to give everyone a great convention and train show so they will feel they are really getting their money's worth. Here is the link to our club website and the convention site is linked to it.

I fail to see how painting stripes on a GP-20 makes it lighter.
