Try googling PSP 7 Pro. If you can find it, it is a "free download" and is easy to use - a predecessor to Photo Shop and something I have been using for over a decade. The only downside to this free version is it is only a "Trial Version" so you have to uninstall and reinstall it each month or so. I have just kept the exe file for that purpose.
