Here are some more photos. After passing the Van Dyke farm, the next town is Churchill. As we enter town, we pass McNab Livestock. This was build stick by stick from strip wood. Don't think I would want to try that again.
Across from the grain elevator is the first home that was put into the town. Looks like a young man has come to pick up his girl friend.
Across the street is Vincent Supply with a farm supply company which is also a John Deere dealership with a lumber yard and hardware store.
Moving down the street we come to Tschache (Shocky) Oil. It was named after a friend whos family made their fortune in the oil industry.
Across the treet are some of the businesses in town. This was the first town to go up on the layout and I still don't have any signs up on them. Talk about procrastination.
Next is the freight station. It was one of my first scratch builds. I couldn't find any kits that I liked so I went into my wood bin using what ever sheet wood and strip wood I had on hand.
Across from the freight station is Ed's Marker. It is a wood and cardboard kit build many years ago. It is one of the buildings that have the interior lit.
Across from the market is the passenger station.
