Intermountain F7B DCC won't move


Indeed, it is quite intimidating without Decoder Pro. As I said, you can use it in Loconet simulator mode even with no Loconet and at least see exactly which CV values are changed when you use the slider. I never even thought of Back EMF as the problem until Crandell bought it up in another thread. My two engines just fight each other, with one wanting to take the lead and then the other unit deciding it wanted to be in charge. This happened at all speed ranges above dead slow. I haven't changed the setting yet but I'm sure Back EMF is exactly the problem. Just when you think you know everything....:)
