HO Modules - Track Connectors?

I am looking to connect modules with HO track connectors that are reliable yet quick to connect and disconnect. Length about 4” to 6” in length as I remember - but I don’t see any like I saw several years ago. They have sliding connectors on both rails of the track at each end.
 
Perhaps did you see pieces of Atlas sectional track used to connect modules together? They are available in many size lengths.

Thank you everyone, I found an extendable track connector made by Fleischman #6110 that covers 80mm to 120mm and this looks interesting, but pricey.
