I started looking at some old O scale model locomotives on eBay the other day and the next thing I know I began buying some " as is " HO cars and locomotives. One I ended I'm including a picture of and am seeking help identifying the manufacturer. Thanks in advance for the help.

Hey, Willie, thanks for the response. The person I purchased it from listed it as an SDP40 but I am convinced it was misidentified. This shell has one round blower between the cab and the three rear blowers and all the SDP40s have two round blowers between the cab and the three aft. Do you know what locomotive it is?
 
I realize I'm replying to my post but no need for anyone else to respond regarding my question about the locomotive. I finally found out that it's an Atlas GP40 Locomotive. I appreciate all the responses and help everyone provided.
