My name is Lance and my business partner over there is Dave. We have a small company called Fluffy Bits that we have mostly focused on doing architectural bits and kits for the war gaming segment, but we're interested in getting involved more with model railroading. Dave is the real artist and industrial designer of the group and I'm more of a "hobbyist" at it all. I actually did get my start in modeling working with the model railroad at the Oglebay Good Zoo down in Wheeling, WV.

But we're interested in seeing what people are looking for in the model railroad segment? We've been watching the various magazines, looking at the competitor web sites and have even stopped and talked to a few shop owners, but we really have gotten a true sense of what the market wants or needs.

Any suggestions or hints would be greatly appreciated, and we are open for questions. Right now we do have a laser CNC and a spin caster, plus are always working at adding more to what we have to offer.

Thanks again!

Lance
