Gluing people down

What do you use to prove the people down. I think I may want to move these folks around sometime and need a glue that I can pop off easily

Woodland Scenic's Accent Cement works great and figures can be moved later or repositioned.

How about a dab of clear silicone caulk.

They make a glue for objects in art galleries, it sticks them to the shelf, but it's also easily removable. Not sure what it's call exactly though.

Ditto on Greg's post. Works for 97% of my figures. Does not work for figures with only one contact point.

I've used Aileens tacky glue with limited success. Back in the day I used to drill a small hole in a foot of a person and insert the cut off end of a straight pin pointy end down. This allowed me to reposition the figure and worked very well until I would try to remove a person and not pull straight up. The result was a ruptured leg.
