Just got back from visiting relatives, and they took us to the place in the title, halfway between Dayton and Cincinnati. I'm unfamiliar with the larger scales, but I think everything is ON3, with an occasional HO thrown into the far distance to force perspective. The operating displays literally reach from floor to ceiling. It is very kid-friendly, with an organic play area, and an attached circus funhouse. Some pics:

This is on my "bucket list" already. It is about 20 miles from my sister's house, for the next time that we visit. For the record, it is G scale and they have over 1200 freight cars. Plus they have a senior discount! I believe that Neil Young's traveling layout is included in the exposition.
 
Never heard of it before, but I'll try to get there someday.
