The HO Scale Downtown Overlook pilot model is finished. The ducting on the roof is cast as one piece for simplicity. I'll do an official photo shoot in a few days but i thought you'd guys would like to see finished pilot on the workbench. As always, the master patterns are carved one brick at a time.

So, how do you like it?

I would call it outstanding. Wincing because my layout has no more foom for any structures like this.
 
I like the smaller awning, good call on the resizing it. The building makes me think of a place you would rent the room by the half hour. LOL That said I don't think it would have the AC on the roof. LOL

Another job well done my friend.

That sure reminds me of the "hotel" I lived in up in Chicago back in 1967. The last time I was up there it was gone. probably just fell down. :eek:
