Digitrax Speaker Upgrade

I have a Digitrax SDXH116D sound decoder with a 16 X 26 X 9 mm speaker. The sound quality and general performance of the Digitrax speaker could be improved.

Does anyone have a speaker recommendation to replace the stock speaker with a speaker of better quality that's close or equal in size? It could be 2 or 3 mm wider and 4 mm longer.

The problem is not the speaker, but the sounds produced from the decoder. Its been my experience that the digitrax sounds are not the best quality. I've got the same decoder in one of my locos. While the motor driving action is great, the sounds have scheduled it for an upgrade (though not sure when that will be).
 
I get good sound from iPhone speakers, even with my low end decoders.
I have the opposite problem, the speaker in my BLI's aren't bad, but the horns sound like games how buzzers...
Going to see if I can reprogram them or replace them.
 
I have replaced my Intermountain engines with Zimo sugar cube speakers.Made a big difference in sound quality.They make different sizes also.
