Controller Question

Howdy,

I have an O-Scale 2-Rail MTH Steam Locomotive, with a switch under the tender that selects either DCS or DCC.

Will all the sound functions work if I selected DCC and powered the loco with a DCC Controller?

(I was using an MTH DCS controller, but it was malfunctioning so I sent it back to MTH for a refund...I don't want to use an MTH controller anymore.)

I'm pretty certain they won't, but the main ones still will. It will be the peripheral ones you might lose.
