This us one of the depressed center flat cars along with one of their heavy transformer loads.
The transformer load kit includes wire that represents how the transformer us secured to the deck of the flat car. The wire they provide bends very easy and us near impossible to make perfectly straight as the securing rods on the prototype. I used piano wite instead that comes with Tortoise machines. It stays straight. I cut the deck mounts from plastic for angle iron then drilled holes for the rods.
