Cellophane Tape as a Masking Material

Has anyone tried using a high quality cellophane tape as a masking material? It seems to me that it could be stretched across a locomotives window and cut to fit. The tape should be able to resist today's water based paints.

What are your thoughts?

Greg -- don't have the slightest idea, but I would think that the paint would run and leave you with a big mess?

Does the Ms. have any comments about the sorry a## way the "Pack" played Thursday night?
 
The Mrs. has no comment other than things have to change when you have the highest paid QB and now Jimmy Graham with a 30M contract has a broken thumb. The team was a pre-season Super Bowl contentor to now at the bottom of the pile.

At least there's no game today to watch in pain.
