I've always liked Bekins buildings. They seem to be mostly poured concrete out west. This model borrowed some of the overall looks of one I saw in Fresno, CA. I kept it simple since it goes in a background area to add a little more depth to the scene in a corner. The idea was to make the roof sign light up. I used 4 small surface mount warm-white LEDs to light the sign. More of them inside add interior lights.
