The August 2009 photo contest theme is *"Military!”.
The railroads have had a long standing relationship with the military, regardless of era, peace or war time and nationality. Anytime vast numbers of men and equipment needed to be moved, it was the railroads who were called up to get the job done. Show us a picture of your model railroad meeting the needs of the military on your layout. Whether it’s one piece of equipment or 100 soldiers, we want to see it. One entry per member please.
