A&P MOW Equipment

I've had things sitting around for some time now. Time to get back to it and clear my workbench. First up is a 50' flat that I'm making into a crane tender.

Next up is an old Rivarossi snow plow that used to be in UP paint.

And finally a Walthers bay window caboose that was in CP.

I love mow stuff, looking good!
That reminds me, I have an unfinished project that would go nicely with that..

It’s a caboose I started very similar to yours above.
I’ll have to do some digging to find it, stay tuned!

I have another I pulled out of a box. It's one of those transfer cabeese. Not sure what to do with it yet.

OK, found it. It is a Bluford Shops Bay Window undec. Transfer Caboose. Pricey little bugger.

Very nice!
I like how it looks like the journal covers are missing
Rick, they re missing. They have roller bearings in there. Roundhouse made them. You can put the covers back on if you like. I'll get you a close up tonight.

Rick, here ya go. On the left I put the cover back on. The right you can see the roller bearing in there, they don't turn. I think they are neat for older equipment, shows an upgrade was made.

Ah, very cool! Didn’t know they had those.
We had equipment that was converted and the covers were just left up in the open position, makes a neat detail.
