    RED Plastic Gears

    The Nylon has a little give and stretch to it that allows for the tight fit on the axle without splitting over time. Where as the POM doesn't , and splits from the pressure caused by the tight forced. fit. Especially if the plastic is not chemically engineered right.

    The first one looks like a straight approach but it goes into a 20 inch curve just before it enters. Itis wider than a single track, but narrower than a double. These are based on similar around Scranton Pa. Just some ideas
