That's the first video I've ever seen that would make me scrap my HO layout and go G scale, almost. Great job.

It's a lot bigger than G scale! G scale was my first thought but I watched a couple of his other videos and they could be 1 1/2" scale. They're big enough that they ride the trains.

That's actually a 1/8th scale railroad, or 7 1/2 gauge.
