First thing is I would suggest updating the pilots with modern anticlimbers to give the area needed to support the lights as those are a modern item. heres a search page from walthers with the details west ditch lights with pics...

You know what would be good is an online end users database discussing different brand decoders and dcc systems used with (hence this discussion would create).

The harnesses are 9 pin single inline package, and on the newest boards the 8 pin dual inline plugs are setup.;)

Well, I personally use a MRC advance2 and have 5 of their sound decoders installed without any problems with them, but have a few digitrax decoders that are problematic and have had to replace a couple of them. Now the digitrax sound decoders that are in my Tower55 units work great, never a...
