This years New England/Northeast Prototype Modelers Meet will be happening on May 30th and 31st with area layout tours on June 1st.

This is a good meet, attracting model railroaders from all over the northeastern United States and Canada (and elsewhere). Tony Koester and a number of other very talented people will be giving clinics, and there will be a large model display room.

The meet will be held at the Canton Community Center, 40 Dyer Avenue, Collinsville, CT 06019. It's in a nice, semi rural location northwest of Hartford. Here's a link to the Meets web address: http://www.neprototypemeet.com/Welcome.html

Hope to see some of you there!

Well, this took a little longer to post than I had hoped, but I've posted photo's and a little commentary of some of the outstanding models that were at the NERPM show last week: http://milepost15.wordpress.com/ the two most recent posts cover the two days of the event.

Tom Murray has ALL the photo's we took posted to the events pBase site, which is linked off of http://www.neprototypemeet.com/.

It was a good show, a little smaller than last year, but featuring loads and loads of interesting models, and a few good clinics as well. If you're interested, the tentative schedule for next years meet will be May 29th-30th, most likely in Collinsville, CT again.
