Just a heads up that the Puget Sound Model Railroad Engineers monthly Ops Session this Saturday (11/3) from 11 am to 3pm (or so).
If you're in the Tacoma area, drop by and see how we operate trains in the 1950's.
The layout is on the 5th floor of the Washington State History museum at 1911 Pacific Ave, Tacoma WA 98402. Admission to the museum is required (sorry).
Here's a few shots to give you an idea of what we get to work with.
1) The recently completed Auburn Roundhouse
2) The MILW crossing over the NP in Tacoma
3) The MILW barge at the Tideflats.
