Well I've almost got it set now, the upload/download kinks are gone, I hope. So in my happiness I took 4 screenshots for you all to enjoy, and check out.

First up is a portion of the sample article I posted.
3284

Here we have the "Pages" section, its basicaly a read-me for the website, the rules & how to will come up as the index page.
3285

Here we have the PDF download section, this is where all PDF's of the articles are available for download.
3286

Lastly we have the Articles section its self as you'd see it upon opening.
3287

Rules are basic:
Keep the article clean, well formated, simple, easy to read, and expanitory! NO copyrighted material is allowed, everything to be submitted here is from "normal" people like you. Articles are to be submitted online, and optionaly a PDF copy can be added. If you cannot make a PDF, uploads support WPS, or ZIP. ZIP files can be either, WPS, RTF, or DOC. I'll convert the PDF for you in those cases. Images can be uploaded to our server, OR hosted elsewhere. The forum is mostly in place to allow discussions about the articles. Registration IS NOT required to post an Article online, BUT is required to host images, post in the forum, or upload files (PDF... ect.).

Thats about it, so far! Hows it sound now?

I like it, and I think it's a good way for you to present some of your diesel projects. I especially like the idea of using the PDF format to package the articles, that way they're not constrained to the "forum" style of organization.

Sorry I can't post anything, I'm not normal, I'm a model railroader:D

Looks great Josh, well done.

I'm struggling with web site design. We have holiday accommodation here at home. I have a domain name www.pavlova-paradise.co.nz but the rest is a real mystery!!

As for that concept, I saw this script recently...
http://www.aec-hosting.com/scripts.php

I'll cost a bit to purchase, and might require alot of learning to understand what is going, but it seems like it might be what you're looking for there. But then again you have to understand the script's language, it even looks to be un-trustworthy, considering they have no info on the script, the language or anything. I'll see what I can find. PM me, k?

Brilliant, Josh!! When is the Grand Opening?
May 1st or 2nd, as soon as I get the domain up and running.

I still need to figure out how to edit the search engine to "custom" settings so you can search the whole website, the articles or the PDF's alone... Then it'll be REALLY good!

Here's the default intro page... for your review. All I need now is to work out the final domain kinks and submit a 2 or 3 more sample articles, and release to the public!
