I was having problems w/a shortage of juice to my main line tracks for about a week. Couldn't figure out the problem. I normally run 3 engines to pull a long train, because of some steep grades. It was taking everything the transformer could produce to run those engines.
Finally, I was looking at a live siding that I had added & low & behold there was my problem. There was 12 lighted Amtrak Passenger cars sitting there
all lit up w/those engines running around, struggling up those hills.
I removed all those juice robbing cars &"yes", I have the power back to make the grades w/power to spare.
Just thought I would drop that in front of everyone in case that ever happens to you.
Those cars really pull a lot of juice when you are pulling them around on your tracks. I'm going to remove the lighting & tint the windows. Going to use the lighting in some of my big buildings.

Hi larry, just a thought, I reduce mine down to 800X600 and they upload ok, at 1024 no way they will be accepted. Good tip on the lights. And I'd like to see your buildings also :D

Larry I rediuce my photos to about 500 X 350. It makes it much easier for us dialup folks to load the photos. I rarely go to the photo galleries becasue of the time involved in getting them to show on my computer.
